Is there any commission for options/stocks?

Our platform for traditional options/stocks is entirely commission free. There is a fee for options/stocks in pre-IPO companies.

Do I own the physical real-estate property I invest in?

You will own the portion of the physical property you invest in. The position is entirely managed by you.
